The details that matter
Privacy
This describes what Anhelo stores so the product can work. It is not legal advice.
Support requests
Support request stories, delivery guidance, item totals, and organizer updates are visible to anyone with the shared link. Keep addresses, phone numbers, and private health information out of these public fields. We store supporter purchase confirmations and recipient delivery confirmations to show progress. Supporter identities are not shown on the public request page. Reports are stored with the reporting account and reviewed by authorized moderators.
What we store
If you create an account, we store your name, email, and a hashed password. We also store a session cookie so you stay signed in, and email verification or password-reset tokens until they expire.
Lists store the name, optional owner name, optional event date, and the items you add: title, category, link, photo, size, color, brand, price, notes, quantity, and preference. Photos you upload are saved on the server.
When you reserve an item, we store which account reserved it, how many, an optional note, and when. The list owner can see that on Reveal. Other guests only see that an item is reserved, not who did it.
Cookies
Anhelo uses one essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie consent banner.
Sharing
Anyone with a guest link can view that list. We send email through our mail provider when you verify an address or reset a password. We do not sell your information.
Deleting data
Deleting a list removes its items and reservations. You can change your name and password from Profile. To remove an account entirely, contact the person who runs this Anhelo site.
